The purposes of the processing and legal basis

We will process your personal data that we collect from you when you are using the Agent Banking App in order to:

• analyse the way Agent Banking App is used and to improve its functioning – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller,
• providing a service by Nextbank that allows other User to perform basic functions of account opening, balance inquiry, cash deposit and withdrawal, transaction confirmation, a reversal of deposit/withdrawal and balance statement issuance. - because it is necessary to perform the contract with you to provide access to Your account by Agent Banking App.
• exercise our defend against legal claims, whether in court proceedings or in an administrative or out-of-court procedure – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller,
• answer to your contact requests when you and e-mail to us – on the grounds of Our legitimate interests as a data controller

Your following personal data:

• Identification data, such as name, surname, date, and place of birth, ID number and the IP address of your PC or mobile device.
• Contact details, such as your mobile phone number, telephone number, email address, and residential address.
• Transaction data, such as your bank account number, deposits, withdrawals and other transfers related to your account.
• Socio-demographic data, such as whether you are married and have children
• Online behavior and preferences data, such as the server, IP address or MAC address.
• Data about your interests and needs that you share with us, for example when you contact our support. Your personal data may also be transferred only to our data processors that we cooperate with on the basis of a contract.

We also use third party service providers delivering the following services:

1. Firebase provided by Google Ireland LTD suited in Ireland. 2. Storage of data from the Agent Banking App in the cloud, the provider of which is Amazon Web Services (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL suited at Luxemburg; hereinafter: as “AWS”). Your personal data will be kept:

1. until the Contract (Terms&Conditions) is terminated or expires, or
2. until the limitation of claims under the Agreement or
3. until the legitimate interest of the Administrator is fulfilled, or
4. until the obligation to store personal data arising has expired from the provisions of generally applicable law (e.g. the obligation to keep accounting documents).

You have the right to:

• access your personal data, to receive copy of your personal data and to obtain the rectification of inaccurate data, deletion or restriction of processing,
• in case when the legal basis of processing your data is Our legitimate interest as a data controller you have the right to object to processing of your personal data,
• in case your personal data is processed on the basis of contract you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to Us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transmit those data to another controller,
